In this 8 week course you will receive:

  • 16 hours of live teaching delivered in 8, 2 hour sessions using the Zoom platform
  • A balance of guided meditation including gentle guided movements, teaching, questions and discussion in large and smaller groups (all participation is invitational)
  • A collection of guided meditations to complete each day as MP3 downloads to download and keep
  • Teaching and practices to help you develop mindfulness, calm, and resilience
  • A detailed handout containing the techniques and activities to work through at your leisure
  • An experienced mindfulness teacher to answer your questions and address difficulties every week with personalised advice

I operate a 'pay what you can afford' pricing structure in order to make my courses as accessible as possible. Suggested investment of between £80 (unwaged) and £160. Higher amounts support inclusion of all regardless of means so please consider contributing as much as you are able.
