Feeling for Healing
A somatic approach to healing from the inside out
Welcome my friend, to a place where every part of you is allowed. Let me tell you about how I can help, because I have been where you are.

It is difficult to live in survival mode—always striving, always holding it together—and many of us have learned to disconnect.

We overthink instead of feeling.
We numb and distract instead of being present.
We hold everything inside because it feels safer than letting it out.

But all those unspoken feelings—grief, anger, fear, longing—don’t disappear. They stay in our bodies, quietly shaping the way we feel, the way we move, and the way we relate to ourselves. Over time, this suppression becomes tension, exhaustion, pain, and illness.

Come home to yourself
We have become detached from the felt experience of living in our bodies. And when we live in our heads, our body calls us home in the only way it knows how—through racing, repetitive thoughts, nervous system dysregulation and chronic symptoms.
We often try to soothe, numb, or push those sensations away. We try to fix them or react with fear.
But what your body is really calling for is connection and emotional release.

A safe place to let what’s been held inside finally move and soften. A return to your wholeness.

And I am here to help.

Hi, I'm Lou...

You wouldn't think it to look at me now, but I have been so disconnected from myself that I could stand outside of my body looking on, like I was watching a TV character. My symptoms of fatigue and shutdown were so extreme that they kept me largely housebound for 8 years, and my ADHD anxiety, rejection sensitivity and overwhelm were so... well... overwhelming.

It wasn’t an easy way back to connection. But I found my way— and ever since then, I’ve devoted my life to bringing you with me.
