Coming Home to the Body
A 12 week LIVE journey to heal your body and
change your life

Welcome
If you're exhausted from trying to fix yourself, you're not alone.
And you probably don’t need another voice telling you what you should be doing.

That’s why Coming Home to the Body is a space to hear your own voice again —
to reconnect with your body, your intuition, your truth.

And if you’re reading this, that part of you is already reaching out.

You don’t need another tool, another trick, or more striving, fixing or pressure.

Just space to stop. To exhale.
To return to the quiet peace of your own being in a small group of like-minded companions —
and connect with the healing already alive within you.

A Different Kind of Healing Space

Coming Home to the Body isn’t just about information and techniques.
It’s a live, supportive, immersive container —
a real-time, human experience where you are held, seen, and gently guided back to yourself in a small and nurturing group.

Healing doesn’t happen through effort and striving.
It happens when you feel safe enough to drop the survival responses —
the pushing, perfecting, pleasing, or numbing —
and settle into a deep sense of safety, ease, and presence.

This is why Coming Home to the Body is a LIVE, experiential journey—
because true, lasting change comes from experience, not theory alone.
Together we will
Learn how your emotional landscape impacts on your physical health and explore the root cause of your dysregulation

Find safety and grounding in your body with somatic meditation techniques which soothe the nervous system and restore balance

Use movement, breath and sound to transform and release stuck emotions and access joy, play and profound healing
Recognise, heal and transform old trauma patterns, intrusive thoughts and the inner critic through somatic parts work and self compassion
Heal the root causes of dysregulation for long term wellness, ease and joy
Returning to Feeling: The Heart of Healing
We’ve been taught to suppress our emotions.
To stay calm, be good, carry on.
To analyse, intellectualise, scroll, soothe, and numb when it all gets too much.

Over time, we disconnect from our felt experience.
We forget how to feel.
We can become numb and detached, or hyperaware and overwhelmed, stuck in feelings and thoughts without a way through.

Most of what we’ve learned is soothing — which can help in the short term, but doesn’t create lasting change.
Because emotions are energy. They’re meant to move.
(It’s right there in the word: e-motion!)

When we hold them in, they get stuck — in our bodies, our thoughts, our nervous systems.
And that 'stuckness' often underlies chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, and the feeling of being frozen or shut down.

You don’t have to be afraid of your feelings.
They are not the problem — they’re part of the solution.

Emotional expression and release is at the core of Coming Home to the Body.

Each week includes LIVE guided Grief Movement emotional release flows — powerful somatic flows to using movement, breath, and sound to release and process emotional energy, clear mental chatter, and bring you back into deep grounding.
Deep integration. Deep release.

Because healing starts with feeling.

If you have made some progress in your recovery from CFS like me, have done a lot of research but feel that you are stuck with the next steps, Louise can really help you. The course is well structured and you find missing puzzle pieces throughout the journey that provide the lightbulb moments needed.

Week by Week-
Creating a new way of being

This isn’t about cramming in information — it’s about real, embodied change. Each week builds on the last, layer by layer, guiding you into deeper connection with yourself in a way that feels spacious and sustainable.

You'll have two live sessions a week:
-
Mondays: A chance to explore the week’s theme together and build understanding
-
Later in the week: A live somatic practice and Q+A to deepen the experience, ask questions, and apply it to your real life

You’ll be learning, practicing, and integrating in real time — creating shifts that don’t require effort, just building change from the inside out.

Sessions are relaxed and nurturing, and surprisingly effortless. All sessions are recorded and you have a full year's access to play them back and continue to learn.

Week 1: A new look at emotions
We begin by gently arriving — settling into our small, supportive group and creating a space of safety, connection, and trust.

This week is about honouring the journey that brought you here, and opening to a new way of relating to your emotions — not as problems to manage, but as messengers to meet with curiosity and care.

You’ll be introduced to foundational somatic practices that ground you and help you step out of striving.

Week 2: Emotions in the body- a somatic approach
This week, we step into the felt experience of emotions — how they move, live, and speak through the body, and how they can manifest as physical symptoms, tension or shutdown.

You’ll learn to recognise the somatic language of emotion: how feelings show up in your body, how to track and ride the emotional wave, and build capacity to work with emotion rather than against it.

The foundational practices learned in weeks 1 and 2 will support everything we do in the coming weeks.

Week 3: A new look at thoughts
Take it from an over thinker- this one is a game changer!

Blending mindfulness and neuroscience we take a fresh look at thoughts: how they shape our experience, and what we can actually do with them.
This isn’t about positive thinking or trying to "think better" — it's a whole new, compassionate approach using the somatic tools and awareness we have been developing in weeks 1 and 2. We will turn our awareness to noticing thoughts, un-blending from them, and releasing them without getting stuck in the stories they tell us.

You’ll learn how to work with the brain’s natural negativity bias and explore key concepts from brain retraining and predictive coding — understanding how thoughts shape your experience and how to gently retrain your brain toward safety, regulation, and lasting change.

Week 4: Body as Messenger

This week, we explore the body as a wise communicator — one that speaks in sensations, symptoms, and signals.

You’ll begin to understand how tension, fatigue, and other physical symptoms can carry messages from parts of you that feel overextended, unheard, or emotionally overwhelmed — not to be fixed, but to be met with curiosity and care.

You'll learn to speak the language of your body and recognise the ways it says 'no' — reframing physical sensations as meaningful expressions, not problems to solve.

Through guided reflection and somatic practice, you’ll gently reconnect with the part of you that knows how to listen — and begin responding with compassion.

Week 5: Meeting your inner team
Inside all of us are different parts — inner voices or patterns that shape how we think, feel, and respond to life.
You might recognise some of them already: the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the inner critic, the part that pushes through, or the one that shuts everything down.

This week, we get to know these parts in a whole new way.
Rather than seeing them as problems, we begin to understand that each one has a purpose — often trying to protect us from pain, rejection, or overwhelm in the only way it knows how.

Inspired by the gentle, powerful approach of Internal Family Systems, you’ll learn how to befriend these inner protectors with curiosity and care, so they can begin to put down their burdens and soften their roles.

You’ll learn how to welcome all parts of yourself with compassion — and begin to lead your inner world from a place of calm, clarity, and connection.

Week 6: Boundaries- Honouring your authentic self
This week is about gently exploring what it means to honour your needs without guilt — to recognise where self-abandonment has crept in, and to begin reclaiming the space where your 'yes' and 'no' come from truth, not fear.

We’ll look at boundaries not as walls, but as acts of self-connection and care — ways to stop overriding your own needs and soften patterns of people-pleasing or overgiving that can lead to exhaustion and burnout.

You’ll draw on the parts work we’ve already explored, recognising the inner protectors that make boundary-setting feel unsafe — and learning how to support them with compassion.

As always, this is a practical and experiential week, offering tools and guidance to gently explore boundary-setting in your real life, and to navigate the secondary emotions that may arise — especially guilt, shame, or fear of rejection.

Week 7: Sacred rest
This week is an invitation to radically shift your relationship with rest.
Symptoms are often a wake-up call — a message from the body reminding us that we don’t have to stay stuck in patterns of striving, pushing through, or ignoring our needs.

Instead, we open to a softer, more spacious way of being — one rooted in choice, not depletion. We explore rest not as something earned or forced, but as a sacred, nourishing act of self-honouring.

You’ll reconnect with the creative, joyful, and surprising forms of rest that go beyond 'lying down', sleeping or meditating — drawing on the seven types of rest to discover what truly restores you.
Rest can make you more focused, more present, and more alive — a powerful antidote to the burnout culture of “more, more, more.”

This week is about reclaiming rest as a birthright — and learning to choose softness without guilt.

Week 8: Coming back to life

Throughout this journey, you’ve been weaving the work into your real life — gently shifting how you relate to your body, emotions, thoughts, and needs.

This week is about pausing to acknowledge how far you’ve come, gathering all you’ve learned, and choosing how you want to carry it forward.

Through structured reflection and the creation of your own wellness map, you’ll clarify what matters most to you now, and feel supported to continue in a way that’s embodied, intentional, and aligned.

You’ll leave with a deeper sense of self-trust, a toolkit that fits your life, and the confidence that you can keep walking this path with presence and compassion.

Your guide, Louise
That's me, hi!
You wouldn't think it to look at me now, but I have been so disconnected from myself that I could stand outside of my body looking on, like I was watching a TV character. My symptoms of fatigue and shutdown were so extreme and my ADHD anxiety, rejection sensitivity and overwhelm were so... well... overwhelming.

It wasn’t an easy way back to connection. But I found my way— and ever since, I’ve devoted my life to bringing you with me.

This offering is the result of everything I’ve walked through. It’s the weaving together of my life experience, my heart’s work, years of training, and the honour of working 1:1 with so many courageous self-healers. I’ve shaped a pathway to help you find freedom from chronic symptoms, disconnection, overthinking, overwhelm… and to help you find freedom and ease again.

I would love for you to join me in this journey back to connection.... your heart knows the way home!

With all my love,

Lou xxx
