Are you longing to reconnect with yourself? To move beyond survival mode, reconnect with your emotions, and restore a sense of flow and ease in your body? Join me for a nurturing, transformative retreat designed to guide you back into connection with the felt sense of your body, process and release stuck emotion and find wholeness, safety and ease.

Reconnect and release  

Our modern way of living, past experiences and trauma can keep us in survival mode, living in our heads and disconnected from the safety, wisdom and grounding of our bodies. Often we live in our heads- overthinking and under-feeling which can leave us disconnected and numb. Somatic practice can reconnect us to the felt sense of our body and the flow of our emotions,  returning us to states of grounding, lightness and flow.

Join me as I guide you out of the thinking mind and into the safety and wisdom of your feeling body. Held by the landscape, supported by rich learning and practice, together we will release what we have been holding, let go of the tension of who we think we should be, and find ease in who we really are. ​​​​​​​​​

Somatic practices: gentle techniques to build compassionate connection with your body and support nervous system health

Embodied movement: movement to help you drop out of your thinking mind, awaken your body's wisdom and release stored tension

Emotional release: learn to feel and process emotions in a supportive space through movement, breath and sound​

Family style connection : a place to feel truly included and safe

Time and space to rest and restore and delicious veggie meals made with love, all in a stunning setting with opportunities for being out in nature

​I knew very quickly after chatting with Louise that I was going to join the mind-body retreat. She is an incredible coach and facilitator who is living proof that you can thrive after significant health challenges. Having searched for ways to help myself for over 4 years, this experience has been by far the most powerful, and far exceeded my expectations.
 
I found it deeply healing and restorative, with a variety of resources and techniques to sustain the practices afterwards.Louise has such a gentle, compassionate style, whilst being highly skilled at tailoring and facilitating deep individual and group experiences in a humble and respectful way. We also laughed a lot, which was a great release! The excellent food was a significant part of the feeling of being cared for and nourished.
