I have temporarily closed my waiting list for new coaching clients due to reaching capacity. However, I always suggest my group as a starting point as it offers so much depth and value.
My group was developed after years of working 121 with clients, spotting the patterns that came up again and again- the same themes that emerged in my own healing journey.
I began to see the power of shared experience, the power of 'me too'. More and more I heard 'I thought this was just me', 'wow, it's so reassuring to hear that' and I developed my group container so that you could experience this shared humanity not just with me, but with others going through the same experience- it truly amplifies the process.
