Come Home to Your Body

A 12 week LIVE journey to heal your body and

change your life

PXL_20240425_121552280-EDIT_edited_edite

Welcome to a very different space for healing

We live in a culture obsessed with self-improvement- the next tool, the next protocol, the next answer. In the rush to fix ourselves, we often add more pressure to the very system we’re trying to support. With so many approaches telling us what to do, it’s easy to lose touch with the greatest teacher of all: our own body.

In my work, I’ve met countless intelligent, courageous people who feel stuck and overwhelmed- not because they’re failing, but because they’re listening to too many voices. This is what led me to a different approach- one that gently guides you back to your own intuition and the wisdom already within you.

If you’re exhausted from trying to fix yourself, you’re not alone. And you probably don’t need another voice telling you what you should be doing. You already know- but why is so hard to do, and why isn't it making a difference?

You’re not broken. You’re not getting it wrong. You simply need a different way in.

Come Home to Your Body is a live, supportive group space rooted in practice and real-time experience. A place to slow down, try things out, make mistakes, and learn by doing- helping you move out of your head and into a felt sense of safety in your body.

A space to reconnect, heal together, and gently find yourself again- a place to Come Home.

More than information- a lived experience

Come Home to Your Body isn’t just about information and techniques- it’s a live, supportive, immersive container.

A real-time, human experience where you are held, seen, and gently guided back to yourself in a small and nurturing group.

Healing doesn’t happen through effort and striving.
It happens when you feel safe enough to settle into a deep sense of safety, ease, and presence.

Together we build the foundations of safety, release what we have been holding, and expand into wholeness.

Together we will

Learn how your emotional landscape impacts on your physical health and explore the root cause of your dysregulation

Find safety and grounding in your body with somatic meditation techniques designed for sensitive nervous systems and busy minds

Use somatic movement, sound and writing practices to release stuck emotions and rediscover joy, play and aliveness

Recognise and transform the old patterns- people pleasing, perfectionism, the inner critic- that keep your body in survival

Create the conditions for you to come home to your true self and become your own best friend

Returning to Feeling: The Heart of Healing

We’ve been taught to suppress our emotions.
To stay calm, be good, carry on.
To analyse, intellectualise, scroll, soothe, and numb when it all gets too much.

Over time, we disconnect from our felt experience.
We forget how to feel.

We can become numb and detached, or hyperaware and overwhelmed, stuck in feelings and thoughts without a way through.

Most of what we’ve learned is soothing- which can help in the short term, but doesn’t create lasting change.

Because emotions are energy. They’re meant to move.
(It’s right there in the word: e-motion!)

When we hold them in, they get stuck - in our bodies, our thoughts, our nervous systems.
And that 'stuckness' often underlies chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, and the feeling of being frozen or shut down.

You don’t have to be afraid of your feelings.
They are not the problem - they’re part of the solution.

Emotional expression and release is at the heart of Coming Home to Your Body.

The group has Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) at its core, which supports healing by helping you to reconnect with emotions that may have been avoided, held or suppressed, at a pace your nervous system can meet.

As the group unfolds, I introduce guided Grief Movement practices. These are powerful somatic somatic movement sequences which use movement, breath, and sound to help emotional energy move through the body, supporting release and integration beyond words. You are always invited to move in your own way, or to rest if that feels right.

Together, EAET and Grief Movement support the expression and integration of emotions such as anger, resentment, shame, guilt, and grief, creating space for more ease, connection, and joy to emerge.

Week by Week-

Creating a new way of being

This isn’t about cramming in information-  it’s about real, embodied change.  Each week builds on the last, layer by layer, guiding you into deeper connection with yourself in a way that feels spacious and sustainable.

You'll have two live sessions a week:

  • Session 1 (Monday): A chance to explore the week’s theme together and build understanding

  • Session 2 (Thursday): A live somatic practice and Q+A to deepen the experience, ask questions, and apply it to your real life.

You’ll be learning, practicing, and integrating in real time- creating shifts that don’t require effort, just building change from the inside out.

Sessions are relaxed and nurturing, and surprisingly effortless.  All sessions are recorded and you have a full year's access to play them back and continue to learn.

If you're not sure if it's the right fit for you, book in for a no- pressure chat to talk it over with me personally.

FAQs- Frequently asked questions Who is this course for? You are a sensitive soul and an over-giver. You've spent your life tuned in to everyone else's needs- pleasing, masking, being good, struggling to say no- and somewhere along the way you lost touch with who you really are. You hold it all together on the outside while your body speaks to you through symptoms and sensations. You're an over thinker who has shut off from your emotions, or they're so near the surface they burst out. You live in your mind- you've tried all the things and read all the books- but you feel disconnected from your body. And underneath it all, you want to come back to life. To free yourself from your symptoms, feel your feelings again, and find yourself beneath all the survival. If you recognise yourself here and are being drawn to join me, you are in the right place. Trust your intuition- your heart knows the way home. Will I manage two calls a week? This is one of the most common worries, and I'm regularly told by people who thought it would be a problem that they were surprised how well they managed. The calls aren't draining lectures- they include practice and nervous system supportive experiences, and people often feel better at the end of a call than they did at the start. If it ever does feel like too much, every session is recorded. You're welcome to watch Monday's session back at your own pace and join live on the Thursday. You can switch your camera off, lie down, wear your pyjamas- whatever you need. It's all okay here. I've done lots of other recovery programmes. Will I learn anything new? This programme isn't about new information- it's about helping your body to understand what your mind already knows. If you've done a lot of reading and researching, you probably have plenty of theoretical knowledge already. What's usually missing is the deep, repeated practice that lets that knowledge land in the body. Together we step out of fixing mode and into a bodily understanding- a new way of BEING rather than another set of things to do. When that happens, everything you already know starts to fall into place. It's often described by group members as the missing piece of the jigsaw. What conditions can this programme help with? This approach supports people with a wide range of persistent symptoms, including chronic fatigue (CFS/ME), fibromyalgia, chronic pain, chronic tension, migraine and headaches, IBS and gut symptoms, FND, functional seizures, functional tremor, POTS, long covid, pelvic pain, and symptoms that have never been given a clear name. It also supports anxiety, depression, emotional numbness, dissociation, overwhelm and burnout- because the same patterns of nervous system dysregulation and held emotion underlie so many of these experiences. If you're not sure whether your symptoms fit, just get in touch and ask. I have autism or ADHD. Is this course suitable for me? YES! I have ADHD myself, and all of my meditations and practices are designed with busy, sensitive minds like ours at their heart. You'll learn how to work with a busy mind from session 1, and sessions are built around learning by doing rather than sitting still and concentrating for long stretches. Many neurodivergent group members tell me this is the first approach that has actually worked with their brain rather than against it. What if I can't make a session? No problem at all. Every session is recorded and you have a full year's access, so you can catch up whenever suits you and rewatch anything you'd like to revisit. You can also stay connected between sessions through our private community, where I'm on hand to answer questions- so even if life gets in the way of a live call, you won't be left behind. What is the format of the sessions? We start with experience first- a practice- and then move into teaching and discussion. Mondays are for exploring the week's theme together and building understanding. Thursdays are for practice and making sense of it all- going deeper, asking questions, and applying it to your real life. Because sessions are live, you can interrupt and ask questions as they arise- one of the real bonuses of learning together in real time. What makes this programme different? A few things. It's fully live, so you can ask questions and be met where you are, not just follow along with recordings. It's ADHD friendly by design. And crucially, it doesn't stop at soothing- most approaches teach calming techniques, which help in the short term but don't create lasting change. Here, emotional expression is at the heart of the work, alongside somatic movement and deep practice. It's also immersive on purpose. The shift happens BECAUSE of the frequency and depth- 12 weeks of practising, integrating and being supported creates change that a weekend workshop or a self-paced course simply can't. This is about helping your body to learn, not just your mind. A deep programme for deep people! Do I have to speak or share in the group? Never. You're always invited, never expected. Some people share a lot, some prefer to listen and absorb- both are completely welcome, and both work. You can keep your camera off whenever you like. Many people find that as their sense of safety grows, sharing starts to feel natural- but that unfolds at your pace, not mine. I'm worried about opening up emotions. Will I be pushed too far? This is such an understandable fear, and the answer is no. We spend the early weeks building safety as a foundation before any emotional exploration begins, and everything unfolds at a pace your nervous system can meet. You are always in choice- you can adapt any practice, rest, or simply observe. Nothing is forced, ever. Emotions aren't the problem- they're part of the solution- and you'll be gently guided to meet them in a way that feels manageable. How big is the group? Small on purpose- there are only 16 spaces. This keeps the group intimate enough for everyone to feel seen and held, while giving you the richness of shared insight and connection that makes group work so powerful. Is this a replacement for medical care? No- this work sits alongside your medical care, not instead of it. Before we begin, you'll complete some medical questions so I have the background I need to support you fully. If you have any questions about whether the programme is right for your situation, book a chat and we can talk it through. How do I pay, and is there a payment plan? The investment is £975, with the option to pay in full or in three instalments of £325 to spread the cost. Payment links are on this page, and if you'd like to talk anything through before jumping in, you can book a no-pressure chat with me. What happens when the 12 weeks end? You'll have a full year's access to all the recordings, plus your workbook, audio practices and resources to keep. And as an alumni of the group, you'll be invited to join my ongoing community of practice- a safe place to land as you implement changes in your life and grow in confidence in your new way of being.

I’'ve searched for 20 years for something that would help me improve my health and lifestyle. This is it without a doubt it. I had light bulb moments when I heard practitioners speak about the Mind/Body connection and I knew this was the way forward for me, but I was simply astounded to learn just how much my mind and my thinking affects my physical body.

I dont think of my symptoms as health/symptoms any more- I think of them as my body speaking to me and now I know how to listen!

Louise’s  teaching is outstanding and the input from the rest of the group is incredible- it made a huge difference to me to be in a small group. Louise speaks from experience and is not afraid to share her own vulnerability. And she has a lovely calming meditation voice, that’s what sold it for me!

I’m glad I have ongoing access to all the recordings and will be revisiting the great content. I feel so lucky to have been part of this journey with everyone.

Your guide, Louise

That's me, hi!

I am so glad to have you here- I truly know how it feels to walk this path and this offering is the result of everything I’ve walked through. It’s the weaving together of my life experience, my heart’s work, years of training, and the honour of working 1:1 with so many courageous self-healers. I’ve shaped a pathway to help you find freedom from chronic symptoms, disconnection, overthinking, overwhelm… and to help you find freedom and ease again.

I would love for you to join me in this journey back to connection.... and back to life!

With all my love,

Lou xxx
