EAET in Edinburgh 

Meditation is a great way of building awareness of what is happening in your body- and building a better relationship with both sensations and emotions.

As we move through the course together we will be inviting you to practice some meditation and visualisation.  This will help you to recognise and connect with emotions and to help your body to learn what safety, grounding and connection feel like.
